Nine Drives is the photographic artwork creation and proficient idea of ‘Automobile as Art’, conceptualized and designed by Ron Rizzi of Delray Beach, Florida.

Ron is no stranger to the automotive community. Ron uniquely has the urban legend notoriety of being the creator and responsible for beginning the very first original automobile event known as  “Cars and Coffee”. The casual morning gathering of like minded individuals brought enthusiasts together for an automobile meetup that began in 2001.

The original "Cars and Coffee" took place at the Race Car Store, which was another of Ron's creations, an automotive toy store full of radio controlled race cars, Scalextric slot cars and race tracks, race car clothing and die cast models for Dad's and their kids in Atlanta.

The event consistently attracted hundreds of local automobile enthusiasts to the original "Cars and Coffee". That original monthly event was supported by organizations in Atlanta that included Road Atlanta, ALMS the American Le Mans Series, and the Panoz Racing School and also Caribou Coffee as they all participated in those significant original monthly events.

Ron’s original "Cars and Coffee" was always meant to be an automotive benefit event for a local worthy cause and a means of giving back to the local community. His wish was that others everywhere across the globe would hold an original "Cars and Coffee" event in their own community and help others while giving back, too.

Ron, an artist and photographer who resides in Delray Beach, Florida, created Nine Drives to once again help others in the community and support a very important cause. Ron is no stranger to adversity, as he himself survived an Acoustic Neuroma brain tumor in 1999 while at Hewlett Packard and now Ron is supporting TNBC (3x-) Breast Cancer Awareness.

In October of 2020 Ron's wife, lover, and best friend was diagnosed with one of the most difficult forms of breast cancer TNBC (3x-) Triple Negative. Through a noble and yet valiant fight Lori the love of Ron's life unfortunately succumbed and passed away in April of 2021 seven months after that diagnosis. Ron's support and love through that fight kept him going until the end and now Nine Drives is Ron's way of keeping Lori's memory alive and a significant way to support and help others.

Ron's plans for Nine Drives is to have this inaugural event program make a significant yearly contribution to support TNBC (3x-) Triple Negative Breast Cancer Awareness and join the local fight against breast cancer here in Palm Beach and Broward County, Florida.

Ron is currently seeking automobile dealers, automobile collectors, curators and enthusiasts in Southern Florida to support this important and significant cause by participating in Nine Drives for the benefit of TNBC (3x-) Triple Negative Breast Cancer Awareness and the "Go Pink Challenge".

Ron wishes to work with you and each automotive dealership, automobile collector, curator and enthusiast in Southern Florida to create a very unique and very special version (1/1) of Nine Drives for each automobile marque.

Each special and unique photographic artwork will be on display at the automobile dealership or special designated locations in Southern Florida.  Following with an auction in a very special Nine Drives event at each participating location for the support of TNBC (3x-) Triple Negative Breast Cancer Awareness and the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation and the "Go Pink Challenge" in Boca Ration, Florida.

The Nine Drives event and the proceeds from each auction of that individual 1/1 Nine Drives automobile marque version along with a significant portion of the proceeds from the ongoing sale of art prints, color photographic canvas and other Nine Drives creations each year will continue to support TNBC (3x-) Triple Negative Breast Cancer Awareness and the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation and the "Go Pink Challenge" in Boca Ration, Florida.
